Videoconference. Legal personality at local level: Presentation of the selected European country cases
On 8 October 2021 (12.30-15.30 EET) the Council of Europe organises a presentation “Legal personality at local level: Presentation of the selected European country cases”. During the event the following reports will be presented:
- COUNCIL OF EUROPE FLASH OVERVIEW OF THE SELECTED COUNTRY CASES. Overview was prepared in co-operation with the European Committee on Democracy and Governance (CDDG) on the following 17 countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Moldova, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
- DETAILED COUNTRY CASES. 11 country reports: Albania, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, and Sweden prepared by the Council of Europe, Programme “Enhancing decentralisation and public administration reform in Ukraine”, Programme “U-LEAD with Europe: Ukraine – Local Empowerment, Accountability and Development Programme” and Swedish-Ukrainian project “Support to Decentralization in Ukraine”
The event is organised by the Council of Europe Programme “Enhancing decentralisation and public administration reform in Ukraine” on request of the Parliamentary Committee on State Building, Local Governance, Regional and Urban Development.
